New Orleans - French Quarter
Built in 1803 - now that's a home with history - and it's sold furnished - WOW - I'd die for some of those pieces
$ 1,715,887
5805 sq. feet

These must be the apartments in the back - LOVE the brick walls !

From the other New Orleans homes I've shown in the past this one seems to be a steal - especially with all the potential renting revenue here - Oh I most definitely WANNA live in this beauty !!!

I can just see strings of light strung across the patio - music playing - talk about " laissez les bons temps rouler " !!!

  4. Almost too good to be true! I wonder if it would turn out like the Money Pit house, banisters fall off, tub goes through floor, etc, etc. Right now I wish I knew a 2nd language so I could swear in it and my neighbours wouldn't know what I was saying! Perhaps you could do it for me? 😉. Starting to get really fed up with everything. xo Patty

  5. Beautiful home both inside and out and that furniture............Absolutely Gorgeous. Wish I had some of them furniture pieces.
    In that kitchen area by the brick wall, I wonder when that shelf was added and is that a shower there in the kitchen area? Thought it was a pantry area at first until you see the door open and looks like a shower in there.
    That back deck area; what a great place to hold some nice parties / family gatherings.
    Yes, I could certainly live in that house with no problem......except for the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but a gal can dream. Ok, someone slap me to wake me up from this dream I'm having.

  6. Mon Dieu! Laissez les bontemps rouler!! C'est Tres Jolie, Suzan! Let's go in on it together and use it for a vacay house for crazy Mardi Gras, n'est-ce pas? D'acord? Maybe a bunch of friends could go in together and we could afford it. That is what I think every time you show us a gorgeous home! I try to scheme a way to afford them? Ha!
    Evan and your daughter are so cute in the last pic you showed of them. Evan is so alert! Wow, he's gonna be a whiz kid!

  8. Is this the house Brad and Angelina owned? I love New Orleans although I have not been there since the 80's. Still rates as one of the top places in the US to visit.
