These must be the apartments in the back - LOVE the brick walls !
From the other New Orleans homes I've shown in the past this one seems to be a steal - especially with all the potential renting revenue here - Oh I most definitely WANNA live in this beauty !!!

ReplyDeleteFun post and I loved the New Orleans house tour. I grew up there and it brough back lots of memories!
ReplyDeleteWow. I can't imagine living in such a place. It's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAlmost too good to be true! I wonder if it would turn out like the Money Pit house, banisters fall off, tub goes through floor, etc, etc. Right now I wish I knew a 2nd language so I could swear in it and my neighbours wouldn't know what I was saying! Perhaps you could do it for me? 😉. Starting to get really fed up with everything. xo Patty
ReplyDeleteBeautiful home both inside and out and that furniture............Absolutely Gorgeous. Wish I had some of them furniture pieces.
ReplyDeleteIn that kitchen area by the brick wall, I wonder when that shelf was added and is that a shower there in the kitchen area? Thought it was a pantry area at first until you see the door open and looks like a shower in there.
That back deck area; what a great place to hold some nice parties / family gatherings.
Yes, I could certainly live in that house with no problem......except for the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but a gal can dream. Ok, someone slap me to wake me up from this dream I'm having.
Yes. I'll take it!
ReplyDeleteOH that one bed....amazing : )
ReplyDeleteMon Dieu! Laissez les bontemps rouler!! C'est Tres Jolie, Suzan! Let's go in on it together and use it for a vacay house for crazy Mardi Gras, n'est-ce pas? D'acord? Maybe a bunch of friends could go in together and we could afford it. That is what I think every time you show us a gorgeous home! I try to scheme a way to afford them? Ha!
ReplyDeleteEvan and your daughter are so cute in the last pic you showed of them. Evan is so alert! Wow, he's gonna be a whiz kid!
xoxoxo, Aur revoir, Cherie!
Laura, et al
I know Laura - the thought has crossed my mind to get a ton of people in on the deal and have a blog conference in New Orleans LOL !!!
DeleteHave a bon weekend as they say in Montreal !

Gorgeous! I agree, I'd love some of the pieces in this home.
ReplyDeleteIs this the house Brad and Angelina owned? I love New Orleans although I have not been there since the 80's. Still rates as one of the top places in the US to visit.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that Brad and Angelina owned a house there - although I know Brad did a lot of humanitarian work there!
DeleteI SO want to visit New Orleans !

Wow! Love the brick walls as well and the color of the shutters. The two beds are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing with SYC.

I went to NOLA last year for the first time... I LOVED it! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful home! I love the older houses like that in New Orleans. They are always full of character and beautiful moldings.
ReplyDeleteI love it, Suzan. The porches really "get me". Some of the furniture is gorgeous, too. You found a good one this time. xo Diana
