A STEAL !
For the neighborhood - the proximity to downtown - the size
A STEAL !

1.145.000
12 rooms
5 bedrooms
4 baths
Year built 1921
REALTOR -   BRIAN DUTCH

Loving the leaded glass !

And this entry way?  With a fireplace !  What a gorgeous " welcome "

Oh my gosh - that built in !!!

An office with a corner fireplace and a radiator would be a dream for me

Basement/playroom/t.v. room

Another office  ( for John because I need that other one upstairs ) the best kind of dreams are the ones that almost feel real, right?

Hope you all have a wonderful Hump day - the week's half over !

  4. I can just see the original owners arriving into the front hall in winter with a fire going, probably in muskrat coats! Love the bathroom, though Dave probably wouldn't, he can toddle down the hall. Excellent pic for this week, lovely home. xo Patty

Due to a large amount of spam ( that I'm tired of going back to posts and deleting ) I'll be using comment moderation from now on !!!
Can I beat these spammers at their own game? Probably not - but I'm going
to try my damnedest !!!
