I did it the old fashioned way this time - I picked a name out of a
Suzan whispers - John. John?
Suzan says a little louder - JOHN ??? ARE YOU AWAKE?
John says - What the? Covering his face from the light ( which I put on as dim as it gets in case you
think I'm thoughtless...............
John says - What time is it?
Suzan says - 5 in the morning
John yells - Turn out the light for God's sakes
John yells - What are you doing there standing with a vase in your hand?
Suzan says - I have to pick my winner, can you just stick your hand in here and ................
John says - Are you completely insane?
John says - CLOSE THE LIGHT
John says - GOOD NIGHT
Suzan says - well technically it's morning - wow - you're crabby
and I dejectedly walk down the hall - shake the bowl and pick a name all by myself......................
it was quite lonely.
I'm officially removing him from my Hey Girl, entry, seriously
and the winner is - selected by my very own hand - THE UNITED STATES OF DANNI
John comes stumbling down the hall a little later and I mean literally stumbling
John says - Where's the bloody vase ?
Suzan says - Too late - it's done
Suzan says - Go back to bed
John says - Just wait - just wait until you're asleep...........................

Wooo Hooo!!! I'm excited!! Thank you very much and I guess I have to say I'm glad John didn't pick....might have turned out different! Do I get that pretty vase too???!!!! (just kidding...but it is really pretty.) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was splitting my sides reading your post Suzan and I read it out loud to my husband who wasn't very amused since he was watching 'Enter The Dragon' for only the 10,000th time…anyway you could easily replace John and your name with my husband and me and it would be a typical day in the Engineer House…down to the very last stumble!
