MERRY CHRISTMAS FRIENDS....................


Turkey - 25 pounds
Stuffing
Carrots and Green beans with olive oil and garlic
Mashed Brussels
Broccolli
Mashed Carrot and Turnip
Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Potatoes and Onions
6 Baguettes................

Then............2 Lemon Meringue Pies
2 Chocolate Cream pies
Assorted Cookies
Macaroons.

And 21 of us sitting down to dinner and celebrating this most wonderful time of the year !

Wishing every one of you the happiest Christmas -

Eat a little too much
Laugh way too much
Dance - drink ( if you're of that mind - and I am ) and go to bed more exhausted than you've ever been in your life !

All the joys of this season with as many blessings as I can stuff into your stockings and..........have yourself
a merry little Christmas now.

  3. It's going to be 73 in Texas. I think I better do my toes today so I can wear flip flops. We are grilling steaks, cheesecake, fingerling potatoes, spinach and salad.

    Coffee cake
    Various cookies
    Sugared almonds
    Four layer Delight cake
    Hot cider, coffee, hot chocolate , tea, Orange Julius
    We're having brunch this year.
    Oh, I'm hoping it won't be hot to enjoy the hot drinks. Where's winter?

  18. Warmest regards right back at you---Merry Christmas and Happy New Year---here's a different take---we had a whole roasted pig-ala Phillipine market at my son's. WAS nummy and once you get over the 'whole' thing laying across the table.

    Also had my Danish Rice pudding---and so it goes...new generations and new changes...!
