I WANNA live there Wednesday ( on Friday )

.I live in a pretty incredible area - It's an historical neighbourhood loaded with tons and tons and tons of charm - and 20th century architecture, just steps away from the city center, it's also a pretty expensive neighbourhood ( in which I live in servants quarters basically compared to what I'm surrounded by.)

Because there's days I don't have furniture makeovers to show you - I've chosen Wednesdays to showcase and feature one home that's for sale around here.................(or apartment - or duplex - or teepee)

Good Morning everyone - Happy Friday -
Before I go on to my post - I just wanted to ask a quick question - what does everyone do with no reply blogger comments?  I end up going back to the post and actually replying that way but do you think anyone goes back to the post to see a reply or is it just silly for me to do it?  I feel so bad - really really bad, knowing that someone has taken the time to drop me a line - and I can't respond -
I actually used to go to everyone's blog - and thank them that way - but just don't have the time to do that anymore......................just wondering how everyone else deals with it :)

Ok - here we go folks............................1,295,000.00  A traditional cross hall plan

OMG - HOW'S THAT FOR A LITTLE CURB APPEAL EVERYONE?

THIS IS REALLY NOT A BAD PRICE RELATIVELY SPEAKING - I'VE SHOWN MUCH HIGHER PRICED ONES IN THIS AREA THAT WERE NOT NEARLY AS BIG - AND DOUBLE THE PRICE.  THIS LOOKS PALATIAL COMPARED TO SOME OF THEM - HAVING SAID THAT MY THINKING HAS BECOME WARPED WHEN I THINK THAT ANYTHING OVER A MILLION DOLLARS IS A STEAL, LOL

Wood lovers rejoice - you know I'd be painting it out, right?  But there's my to die for radiators again!

Gorgeous windows! They definitely look original - and are quite common around here!

I love that the room is irregularly shaped - and absolutely love the windows again!

the built in alcove for the buffet is pretty nice too ( formerly a fireplace ? )

time to go visit upstairs

gorgeous bay window - window seat anyone?

basement

basement

how big can a basement get?

because for some reason they only show one bedroom - and because I'm 2 days late with this post
I'm including a 2nd one this week.

here we go again - built in 1847

this property has 2 additional homes - all 3 are for sale for 3,275,000.00 - that's a smaller one to the left of that gorgeous outdoor table - I guess it a coach house back in the day?

unbelievable amount of property for the middle of the city

I could just STAIR at this photo forever ( pun intended lol )

Hey look everyone - what's sitting on the coffee table ? LOL - even multi millionaires leave their shoes in ridiculous places - OK John I guess it's a MAN thing after all - tee hee

I was hoping to see a very old fashioned kitchen..........................

Good God - I'm going to have to stop doing this series - leaves me feeling like I'm living in a completely inadequate home - Oh the things I could do with this " attic "

and the 3rd home I suppose -

that's it for today - strange no bedrooms anywhere to be seen - ( except for 1 in the first home )

have a wonderful weekend all - keep buying those lottery tickets - SOMEONE wins every week after all!!!

and here's a sneak peak of what I'll be working on

Cyber hugs to all
