I WANNA live there Wednesday # 140

Good morning everyone !

I thought we'd head back to my last neighborhood this week - especially when I saw this beauty
( I miss my brick walls so this one really captured my attention ) and the price?
It's a steal for the area of the city !
New York has their brownstones - Montreal has their greystones.
If you love exposed brick as much as I do - you're going to love this one !

759,000
3 beds - 2 baths
2 car parking space
Built in 1896
Realtor - MAXWELL CASTLE

Oh I could just move in there tomorrow - really I could !

I'm missing my walls -

Which were just 2 streets over from the above listed home !
You can see our last home HERE

Hope you all have a wonderful hump day !
Hugs,
Me

  1. Ι also have a weakness for exposed wood, really warms up the room.

  2. I am also drooling over those walls, Suzan. I love the wood ceiling, too. I'm ready to move in any time!

  3. Beautiful. Love the looks of the outside. That stone is gorgeous.
Gosh, I think there is a brick wall in just about every room. What a great contrast.

  4. It's a beauty alright. And so was your previous home. I like the brick wall inside. It's a very rainy day here....non stop since last evening. It will be a cozy night at home and I wish we had a fire of some sort to make it cosier and take the dampness off. Have a good evening.

  5. You've yet to post a home I didn't wanna live in! Love those exposed brick walls. I'm already packing up my stuff to move in.

  6. I got my new great granddaughter yesterday (9/30). Abigail Rose. I don't know how they do it, but those doctors are great at "guessing" due dates! She was due on 10/1. Congratulations on your Evan, too. I'm glad you live close to yours. I will see mine probably in December. We live in NC, and the baby lives in FL, but we will meet in OH. Been really busy since we moved about a month ago. Hope all is well with you. OK...back to your regularly scheduled programming...

Due to a large amount of spam ( that I'm tired of going back to posts and deleting ) I'll be using comment moderation from now on !!!
Can I beat these spammers at their own game? Probably not - but I'm going
to try my damnedest !!!
