that this shall be the year of color

    It's a funny thing about color, we would never censor Mother Nature to tone it down, so why are we so afraid to use more color? Told myself that I would never have white walls, after so many military base houses all the same with all white walls, here I am with the very same! Right now white walls feel peaceful and white painted wood floors fits that requirement. But then a red couch and other painted furniture is fun. But then when I see all the Boho decorating well it's swoon time too! I have been accused of changing my mind at a drop of a hat! Viva la color❣

    I need to access pinterest more, but I'm afraid I'll never get anything done. Your photos are just stunning. Yes to color, but I also waffle between my love for monochromatic and a splash of color. I need a bigger house and more rooms, haha.. not really. I can't keep this one clean!!

    Count me in!! I have a good view out the window, but it's basically brownish-red leftover leaves on a tree, everGREENS, bare gray branches and dormant grass the color of hay. If I go outside, though, we have pansies flowering. They bloom during the cooler weather here in NC! I should have had Katie plant them where I can see them!!!

    You know I love me some color! But I'm learning it's good to have a neutral backdrop and have accessories you can change out when a new color grabs my attention! Love the bright bird houses...they are so cheerful. Looking forward to Spring's burst of color!

    Oooooooooo, love the colours of all the carrots! They look too pretty to eat. The vertical garden of all colours of pots is so pretty. I think you've been heading this way for awhile: look at your own beautiful garden and not just your plants but your birdhouses! Or look what you did inside and outside at Christmas. Now do you ever think you'll put colour on a piece of furniture? Am so looking forward to that!
    P.S. I still use the imperial(?) way of spelling: colour.
